Last week we had a great Easter at home.
Mom McCloskey joined us (Dad M was down in Florida visiting his own mommy). The best part was she brought us Easter Baskets filled with goodies. We're sure this will stop next year when there's a real child to give presents too!
We decided since it was just the three of us we'd try cooking something new. Leg of lamb it was.

And Mom M made a lamb cake for dessert. The black eyes Will put on this cake were a little scary and were replaced with green ones.
